How it works

Ready Rooms refers people looking for housing whose needs fit the policies you state. Coordinators send applicant information to you only under the applicant's consent, and you make your own acceptance decisions.

    Accurate beds, rent, funding and acceptance criteria are what referral sources rely on.

    A coordinator sends you an applicant whose needs fit your stated policies.

    Reach out, answer questions and arrange a tour or next step.

    Report the outcome

    Tell us about tours, move-ins and declines so the referral stays current.

Fill a Bed Program

Fill Available Beds. Help Sponsor Future Placements.

Fill a Bed is a provider participation program. Participating housing providers connect their available beds with people seeking housing through Ready Rooms, and the program's 100% placement fee supports our mission of sponsoring future bed placements and expanding access to housing.

Joining the Ready Rooms provider network is free. There are no application, activation, or listing fees. The Fill a Bed placement fee applies only when a resident moves in, according to our Provider Network Terms. Sponsor a Bed is a separate, voluntary program.

Independent Living / Shared Housing and Boarding Home are not themselves Texas HHSC license categories. Personal Care Home may or may not require licensing depending on services provided - Ready Rooms will follow up if that applies to you.
