How our placement fee works

When you accept a client referred by Ready Rooms, a $200 placement fee is automatically charged to the card below — no invoice, no follow-up. Your card is not charged until you accept. If you decline a referral, your card is never touched. Client contact details are released automatically after payment confirms.

Placement Fee Agreement & Authorization

I authorize Ready Rooms to charge $200 per accepted client referral to the card entered above. I understand this charge is triggered only when I mark a referral as accepted, is non-refundable once a client's contact information has been released to me, and constitutes payment for referral and placement coordination services rendered by Ready Rooms. I acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or dispute for a placement fee after a client's contact information has been released constitutes a breach of this agreement. I agree that Ready Rooms may use this signed authorization, submission timestamp, and referral acceptance records as evidence in any dispute resolution process. I confirm all property information submitted is accurate, I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the organization listed, and I agree to Ready Rooms' terms of service.

By checking all boxes and clicking "Submit & save card on file," you are entering into a binding referral services agreement with Ready Rooms, a Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Submission timestamp and IP address are logged. This agreement is enforceable under Texas contract law.
