What Ready Rooms is
Ready Rooms is a Texas nonprofit that helps individuals and referral professionals locate transitional, shared and supportive housing through a statewide network of housing providers. It is headquartered in Houston and coordinates placement statewide, including San Antonio and Bexar County.

How to refer someone
Use the professional referral form with the client's housing need, timeline and funding source.
We review the housing need against options in our network, including San Antonio and Bexar County, and follow up by phone, text or email.
A coordinator recommends potential matches from the statewide network. Client information goes only to those providers, under the consent collected in the referral.
Final eligibility and admission decisions always remain with the individual housing provider.

Scope & limits
Ready Rooms is a housing navigation and referral organization. It is not a crisis response service, a licensed medical or behavioral health provider, or a legal aid organization, and it does not operate a San Antonio office. Providers in the Ready Rooms network are independently operated and set their own screening, eligibility, availability and pricing. Ready Rooms does not make final eligibility determinations or guarantee placement.
